Why this training
The person certification at Austrian Standards tests whether you can lead AI projects. This training works the content through on your project. The exam, the registration and the fee of €828.00 run separately at Austrian Standards.
This is the wrong room if you want to build models yourself, or if you want the accountability of a Chief AI Officer. That is the diploma programme.
Content
After the two blocks the project is decidable.
- You name the problem, the users and the measure of success before a tool is chosen.
- You turn values into requirements and human gates.
- You map risk, roles and approval onto your own initiative.
- You know which training requirement the exam asks for, and what it does not replace.
How it runs
32 teaching units in two blocks, live online. Thursday 13:00–17:30, Friday 09:00–17:00, Saturday 09:00–14:00, Vienna time. The units are not split across single days.
01
Module 1 · Context and your own project
Block 1
You sharpen the AI project you are accountable for: the problem, the users, and how success is measured.
Learning goals
- State the initiative in one sentence a board can decide on.
- Name the people affected, not only the sponsor.
- Set a measure of success before choosing tools.
Outcome: A sharpened project brief for your own initiative.
02
Module 2 · Values, requirements, human gates
Block 1
You turn values into verifiable requirements and decide where people approve.
Learning goals
- Turn stakeholder values into requirements.
- Set human gates: approve, intervene, remain accountable.
- Mark the open points that must be decided before go-live.
Outcome: A requirements frame with human gates for your project.
03
Module 3 · Control and risk
Block 2
You make risk, roles and approval decidable on your own project.
Learning goals
- Map risks and controls onto the initiative.
- Name the roles that approve before go-live.
- Write a KPI card for the measure of success.
Outcome: A control sheet for risk, roles and success.
04
Module 4 · Project close and the exam path
Block 2
You close the training project and see what the Austrian Standards exam asks for separately.
Learning goals
- Present the initiative so a second person can review it.
- Separate the training requirement from the exam itself.
- Set the next steps after the training.
Outcome: A closed training project and a clear path to the exam.
What you take away
- A sharpened project brief
- Requirements and human gates for your initiative
- A control sheet for risk, roles and success
- The confirmation of attendance for the training requirement
